Sometimes the brush is so thick you have to clear it out to see what you are working with. Taking out the underbrush and smaller trees can provide a clearer picture of where you want to place your building and what trees to keep.
Clearing survey lines and fence lines.
Rather than bringing in a bulldozer and knocking down trees and pushing up stumps which can make holes to fall in or trip on, Forestry mulching can clear a path to accurately stake a property boundary or to strap a line for a fence. In selling a property, this helps the buyer have a clearer understanding of the parcel size.
Creating horse, ATV, or nature trails.
Forestry mulching can be utilized to gain access to overgrown properties for a miraid of recreational opportunities at a fraction of the cost of heavy machinery. Unlike heavy "bush hogging", a drum style forestry mulcher can grind stumps slightly below ground level so nothing is left to affect the footing of people or livestock.
